Parent and Child Nanyang Qipao Appreciation Workshop
Reviving cultural legacies thru modern Nanyang fashion & living.
24 NOV SUNDAY 3.00pm
Our Story
There is Nanyang Art and Food. But what is Modern Nanyang Fashion?

This is what Fuchsia Lane has been trying to explore and define since 2007.
To Fuchsia Lane, Modern Nanyang fashion is about creating wardrobe treasures with Chinese origins at heart but infusing our multi-cultural local influences, beautiful Peranakan Artistry and using fabrics and linings that are thoughtfully designed for our tropics to allow breathability and ease of movement.

Singapore is small but powerful and it has achieved record breaking performances in finance and science globally and yet we are still striving to forge a cultural identity and achieve our presence in Heirtage and Arts. Like the many firsts the country has achieved, we hope as a Singapore label, Fuchsia Lane can be the first to humbly moot the idea of Nanyang Fashion while inspiring others to explore and refine this idea.
