How can I buy the designs featured on your website?
- You can come down to our fashion suite located at 118A Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088531. Our opening hours are 12pm to 8pm Tuesday to Friday and 1pm to 7pm on Saturdays. For other timings, please feel free to contact Vivienne at 9748 6717 to arrange for an appointment.
- Alternatively, you can also email fashion.suite@fuchsialane.com and indicate the designs that you like, and we will revert promptly with payment and further details.

What sizes does Fuchsia Lane offer?

To know which size fits you, you can refer to our size chart for approximate measurements. If you wear an 'S' for the top, it is likely you will wear the same size for bottoms and other designs. Our sizes range from S to 5XL. However, sizes may vary slightly for different designs. If in doubt, please feel free to email fashion.suite@fuchsialane.com with your height and weight, and we will advise you accordingly. Customization of sizes is also available.

Is customization and bespoke tailoring available?

Yes, we do provide these services. We have an extensive library of fabrics like laces, silk, satins for you to choose from. We can customize the design you like in your preferred colour and choice of fabric, and is subjected to availability of materials. We have designed luxurious workwear to cocktail dresses to elaborately beaded gowns for special occasions like wedding. We can also design and create according to a special theme for you and your bridesmaid on your important day.

How many pieces of each design does Fuchsia Lane have?

Our exclusive pieces are all handmade by our team of master tailors, pattern cutters and seamstresses. Each piece may take more than 24 hours to complete with 30% done by hand stitching. We limit tops to less than 18 pieces per design and 1 piece per size for dresses and sometimes only 1 piece is made for special designs.

What kind of shipping methods are available?

We ship anywhere as long as there are postage services available. We only use registered mail and prices quoted are based on registered mail. Should you require courier services, please contact us for a quote. Please also take note that any tax and duties incurred will be on the consignee.

How fast does Fuchsia Lane ship out our items?

Upon receiving your confirmed order and payment, we will post out the item within 3 working days, and provide you with a tracking number. You may track your order status online with the postage service.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

If you wish to exchange for a different size, please inform us immediately and mail the items back to us within 14 days. We will ship the new size to you at no additional charge. If the desired size is not available, you can substitute it for another item of same or higher value, by topping up the difference. For Singapore customers, you may wish to bring the item to our fashion suite for an immediate exchange. We apologize that there will be not refunds and items for exchange must be new and in a resellable condition, subjected to terms and conditions.
